Overview

TryPromptFlow ("we," "us," or "the platform") is a diagnostic platform for AI prompts, workflows, and agents, operated by Petrolyn Holdings. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

For details on how your submissions are processed, see our Data Handling Policy. For subscription terms, see our Terms of Service.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: Your email address, used to create and manage your account.
  • Submission content: The prompts, workflows, or agent descriptions you submit for diagnosis. This includes any text, configuration, or context you provide.
  • Diagnostic metadata: Information generated during the diagnostic process, including timestamps, model identifiers, processing status, and report artifacts produced.
  • Billing data: If you purchase a subscription, we collect billing-related information processed through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: Aggregate, non-identifying information about how you interact with the platform, such as the number of diagnoses run and plan type.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Diagnosis generation: Your submission content is processed by model providers to generate the diagnostic report you requested.
  • Billing and account management: Account data and billing data are used to manage your subscription, process payments, and maintain account functionality.
  • Security and reliability: Diagnostic metadata and usage data are used to monitor for abuse, maintain service reliability, and investigate security incidents.
  • Communication: We may use your email address to send service notifications, account-related communications, and responses to your inquiries.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Training on Customer Content

We do not use your submission content to train shared models without your explicit authorization. Your submissions are processed for the purpose of generating your diagnostic report — not repurposed to improve models available to other users or the public.

For more detail on how submissions are processed and isolated, see our Data Handling Policy.

4. Data Retention

Data retention depends on your plan and account status:

  • Active accounts: Submission content and diagnostic reports are retained for the duration of your active subscription so you can access past reports.
  • Free diagnosis: The report from your free diagnosis is retained and accessible while your account is active. If you do not purchase a plan, your submission content and report may be retained for a limited period and then removed in accordance with our data deletion practices.
  • Cancelled accounts: After cancellation, your data is retained for a reasonable period to allow for account reinstatement, after which it is scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data handling practices.
  • Diagnostic metadata: May be retained longer than submission content for security, billing, and reliability purposes, as described in our Data Handling Policy.

We do not promise instant or immediate deletion. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with the procedures described in our Data Handling Policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform — for example, to maintain your session and authenticate your account.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Any analytics or usage tracking we perform is limited to what is necessary to operate and improve the platform.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

6. Model Providers

To generate diagnoses, your submission content is sent to third-party model provider APIs. These providers process your content as API inputs to generate the diagnostic output. We select providers that offer API terms designed to limit their use of customer content, but we do not control the internal practices of these providers.

For more detail, see our Data Handling Policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: You can view your submission history and diagnostic reports through your account.
  • Correction: You can update your account information at any time.
  • Deletion request: You can request deletion of your submission content and reports. See our Data Handling Policy for the deletion request process.
  • Account closure: You can cancel your subscription and close your account at any time.
  • Opt-out of communication: You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and isolation of diagnostic processing. However, no system can guarantee complete security. See our Data Handling Policy for details on security measures.

9. Children's Privacy

TryPromptFlow is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
