1. Agreement to Terms

By using TryPromptFlow ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. The platform is operated by Petrolyn Holdings.

These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Description of Service

TryPromptFlow is a diagnostic platform that analyzes AI prompts, workflows, and agents and produces structured diagnostic reports. The platform offers one free diagnosis and paid subscription plans with additional diagnostic capacity.

3. Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions provide access to a specified number of diagnoses per billing cycle, based on your selected plan. Subscription features and limits are described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a specified number of diagnoses per billing cycle. Usage limits are determined by your plan and are displayed on the pricing page and within your account.

• Unused diagnoses do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated for your plan.
• Diagnoses are counted when they are initiated, not when they are completed.
• We may adjust plan limits with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the limits in effect at the time of subscription for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

5. Overage Pricing

If you exceed the number of diagnoses included in your plan within a billing cycle, the following overage terms apply:

• Overage diagnoses are billed at a per-diagnosis rate based on your plan level, as displayed on the pricing page.
• Overage charges appear on your next invoice.
• You may set usage alerts or caps within your account to limit overage charges. If you set a cap, additional diagnoses will be blocked until the next billing cycle.
• If overage pricing is not displayed on the pricing page for your plan, overage diagnoses may not be available for that plan. Contact us for custom volume arrangements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
• Submit content that contains confidential or proprietary information you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the platform's internal logic, prompts, or model configurations.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without authorization.
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Use diagnostic output to misrepresent the platform's analysis as a formal security audit, compliance certification, or legal opinion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the content you submit for diagnosis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your diagnostic report, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Handling Policy.

Diagnostic reports: Diagnostic reports generated by the platform are provided to you for your internal use. You may share reports within your organization and with parties involved in acting on the findings. You may not resell or redistribute reports as a standalone product.

Platform: The platform itself — including its design, diagnostic process, report structure, and software — is owned by Petrolyn Holdings and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use the platform's trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the service.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to the platform until the end of the cycle.

• Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current cycle, except where required by applicable law.
• After cancellation, your data is retained for a reasonable period to allow for account reinstatement, after which it is scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Data Handling Policy.
• You may close your account entirely at any time by contacting us.

9. Free Diagnosis

Each user is entitled to one free diagnosis, no credit card required. The free diagnosis includes the same diagnostic process and report structure as a paid diagnosis. After the free diagnosis, you may choose a paid plan or stop using the platform. The free diagnosis offer is limited to one per user or organization.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and diagnostic reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Diagnostic reports represent analysis based on the information you submitted and the models available at the time of processing. We do not guarantee that reports will identify all issues, that findings will be accurate in all cases, or that acting on findings will produce specific outcomes.

Diagnostic reports are not legal advice, compliance certifications, security audits, or guarantees of production reliability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petrolyn Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or, if you have not paid anything, $50 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petrolyn Holdings from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of others.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Petrolyn Holdings is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws that are not limited by these terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. For material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by email where possible. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
